Accommodations 
Standard Bunk
This is the classic rustic camp experience! You'll be staying in one of our regular camper bunks. The only difference is, you'll have it all to yourself! Each family, no matter how big or small, will have an entire bunk to themselves. You'll notice there's lots of room, and you probably won't use the whole thing.
Details:

• Indoor private bathroom with 2 toilets, 2 showers, and 2 sinks
• Electricity, including overhead lights and plenty of outlets
• Camp-style bunk beds
• No heating or air conditioning - we will provide fans and recommend that you bring layers to wear at night; it could get chilly!
• Linens included

Housing Upgrade:
A level up in accommodations that includes private rooms and bathrooms.

• 2-5 beds per room/cabin
• Private bathroom
• Air conditioning included in most rooms

2025 Rates and Payment Information
All-inclusive rates are per person and include comfortable accommodations, delicious kosher meals, snacks and beverages, and all activities. BEDDING AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED for all housing options - please do bring a beach towel.

Families have a choice of housing options ranging from basic cabins (at no additional costs) to upgraded accommodations. Upgraded housing is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis for an additional fee due at time of registration.

All-Inclusive Base Rates (Early Bird rates through April 15)
- Adult: $450.00 per person - Early Bird - $350
- Youth (3-16): $350.00 per person - Early Bird - $200
- Babies (0-2): $150.00 per person - Early Bird - $100
- Maximum Family Base registration charge: $1,750 - Early Bird - $1,250 (Maximum Family Base registration applies for up to 2 adults and the children who live in their house)

- Grandparent addition: $800 per couple - Early Bird - $650 per couple

Limited need-based financial assistance is available

Optional Housing Upgrades
During Family Camp, we offer an optional housing upgrade, which is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Charges for upgrades are due at registration.

-Guest Cottages, Lakeside Building, and Elite Room/Cabin - (2-5 beds, private bathroom, and air conditioning) :$300

Discounts
Special 10% off base registration discount available for:
- 2025 Campers: Families that are sending a camper to Ramah Berkshires or Ramah Nyack during summer 2025.
- Returning Family Camp Families: Families that have attended Family Camp in the past

Payment Schedule
- Due at registration: A $400 non-refundable deposit per family and any upgrade fees will be processed with the registration application. Families paying in fulla t registration are not required to pay a deposit.
- June 25: Full payment due

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by:
- May 1 are eligible for a full refund including the deposit.

- June 25 are eligible for full refund, minus non-refundable deposit
- July 24 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus non-refundable deposit
No refunds will be made on or after July 25, 2025. Should Ramah Berkshires need to cancel Family Camp, all deposits and any payments will be fully refunded.
 

Space permitting, registrations are welcome after July 25, 2025, but full payment is required at registration.
